hey! i'm a 16 year old boy and i used to be 180 pounds and now i've gone down to 152, my goal is around 120-130, and i've been finding it really hard to eat well and exercise lately. it's not that i've hit a plateau, but my motivation is very low. i don't know what to at all. i really need help at this point. thanks.
