Hey! I'm feeling kinda depressed right now, I recently injured myself during tennis and I can't really move and it prevents me from exercising properly (and it's not the lack of motivation, I'm actually hyper motivated right now). I usually exercise every day for about 15 min (or 40 it depends), but right now I'm not even able to do 5 min. I know that the pain will go away after a week or so but Im not sure, is it alright if I skip a week of working out?
