Heya, I was wondering something... I'm sixteen, 5foot 4inches, weigh 6stone 2lbs. I work out 7-10 hours a week, being 3-6hours walk/jog, 3 hours gym, and a good 40-60 minute swim. How much should I be eating? My want for food is increasing... :( :(
