Hi! I'm a 13 year old girl (5'8" and 125lb) who works out for about an hour and a half daily (competitive swimmer) and eats about 1,200 to 1,400 cal a day. Recently I have seen people eating a LOT more than that and working out the same? Should I be eating more to enhance my performance or stick with what I'm doing?
