Hi, I'm a girl at 5'4" and weighing about 130lb. About a month ago I started cutting back refined sugars, oily foods, etc., from my diet and doing intense workouts for half an hour to an hour each day. I slowly started seeing improvement and lost about 5lb. However, I've suddenly gained it all back again with no change to my lifestyle. I don't know what to do and how to react. What should I do?
