I currently weigh 120 lbs, and I am content with the size of my body but not the makeup of it. I'm looking to tone my legs (they are very jiggly) and gain more of a shape to my butt. I am very out of shape, and it is a struggle for me to even run a mile. What exercises and tips do you have for toning up the legs and butt? I have searched this before but there is so much information I don't even know where to start. Thank you much!
