I want to get healthy so bad I need to I'm scared for my health. I'm 19 and I weigh 250 and I want to loose weight so badly. My problem is I get really excited and get really into working out and eating healthy and then it's like I burn out and go right back to eating bad. How can I keep going with out burning out? Also what is a good workout for me to start up again?
