so i'm 15, i weigh around 90 kg, and most of it is fat. i want to lose fat (not weight bc i don't really care what the scale says). i try to work out as often as i can and i pretty much only eat sweets on saturdays, and it's not that much that i do eat. i really really really want to get into working out again, because right now, i haven't done anything in atlest 2 weeks and i feel horrible. any motivation/tips you can give me? please?
