Sorry if you've been asked this before do you have any advice for getting rid of belly fat? I know your not suppose to focus on just one area but I've lost 20lbs and I am skinnier everywhere except my stomach. I've cut back on sugar and I've eaten more protein but it doesn't seem to be having any effect on my stomach. My belly fat isn't flat and even either it's shaped oddly from how i use to sit. If you know of anyway to take care of that too I'd appreciate it! Thanks in advance! :)
